Fatigue Q&A
What is Fatigue?
On any given day, you can feel tired or just not feel yourself from an energy perspective and just want to crawl back in bed and get a couple more hours of sleep. This is not Fatigue.
If your lack of energy and motivation is persistent, then it would be considered Fatigue. Mental fatigue is just as important as the physical fatigue most of us focus on. Mental fatigue can cause us to feel apathetic, drowsy, or indifferent to things we had passion for in the past.
Other terms used to describe Fatigue include:
- Exhausted
- Weary
- Listless
- Run-down

- Malaise
If you experience these symptoms for more than a few days, schedule a diagnostic exam with a doctor.
